HSE Resource Management

RBH Consulting can provide HSE resource at an agreed period cost, hourly or day rate, for any industry type employer. All our consultants and staff are well known to us and have proven track records to confirm competence experience and work ethics second to none.

Interim / Temporary cover

We offer our clients the benefit of a 'retained package solution’ service agreement at a series of designated levels over a defined period of time. Each package being bespoke to each client depending upon needs.

Case study:

“Company A” has a requirement for maternity cover for their HSE Manager – RBH Consulting provided a temporary HSE Professional to hold the fort and ensure the company was compliant during the maternity cover period. Regular communication was conducted with the HSE Manager to ensure the ongoing agreed HSE process of improvement continued.

On a retained basis we agree to provide the defined level of assistance for the defined timescale an agreed rate. It’s as simple as that.

Health & Safety Site Audits and Inspection

Our clients have the requirement for independent compliance audits and inspections so we provide this service on an individual requirement basis. Each audit and inspection is followed up by a full report with agreed actions and improvements if identified. This could be one or more locations as agreed prior to engagement.

Risk Assessment and Management

It is a legal requirement for organisations with 5 or more staff to carry out documented health and safety risk assessments of all of their significant hazards.

Using very experienced personnel to identify hazards and assess risk, RBH Consulting will provide a register of risk which is the main document controlling risk assessment within the client organisation. This risk register is reviewed frequently against legislation, work process, personnel and material change within the organisation, this ensures all current and future hazards are risk assessed and compliance is full.

Environmental Management

Our people have worked on some of the world’s unique environmentally sensitive projects which where all completed successfully with no harm to the environment or people.

RBH Consulting can provide a unique management system compatible for ISO Certification – that is bespoke to your business.

We can assist with your certification process to help you achieve compliance.

We have the experience and expertise to make certification for your organisation as beneficial and straight forward as possible. Services include everything from drafting a compliant manual, to offering on-site training and advice.

We also offer a compliance audit service, which will help to speed up the certification process, while keeping costs down.

Fire Risk Assessment

All of our Fire Risk Assessors are ex Fire Officers and are trained to standards recognised by the Institute of Fire Engineers, offering years of experience in the field of fire prevention and protection. We aim to provide a no fuss service to keep you and your company safe as well as compliant with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Engineering Health & Safety Management

RBH Consulting take pride in only employing the most experienced and knowledgeable HSE Managers and Advisers to work with our clients, many of whom have worked in the nuclear, marine and oil and gas industries gaining excellent experience in high hazard environments and having to utilise very high standards of HSE management.

Our people identify and mitigate Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) hazards through knowledge and review of relevant regulatory requirements, analysis of equipment design, and development of HSE risk management control procedures. Key activities can include:

FEED HAZOP and HAZID studies
Leading and facilitating top-down system H&S hazard analyses, starting in the conceptual design stage to eliminate or control hazards, and continuing during the life of the project to evaluate changes in the system or in the environment.
Documenting and tracking hazards and their resolution (establishing audit trails).
Working with the equipment design team to eliminate or control hazards.
Creating and validating safe work practices and risk assessments for manufacturing, construction, and operations/maintenance activities.
Maintaining relevant information systems and documentation; and establishing information and reporting channels related to HSE issues and activities.
